The information below corresponds to last year’s grant and is to be used as a reference for future applicants.

​Intercountry Lecturers. Short-Term Lecturers invited through the Commission by Spanish universities.

Summary ​Lecturing/participation in seminars primarily at graduate level, at one or more Spanish institutions of higher learning.
Application dates From 01-August-2011 to 31-August-2012
Disciplines ​All disciplines.
Requirements ​United States citizenship, current U.S. Fulbright senior scholar in Europe or North Africa. The Spanish institution must submit a request to the Commission on the application provided (link below) and attach the curriculum vitae of the invited lecturer. Preference will be given to Spanish institutions that provide an honorarium / cover lodging expenses.

Length of grant ​2 days to 2 weeks
Grant period ​September 2011 to July 2012
Benefits ​Grantee’s travel expenses from Europe or North Africa to and from the location of the Spanish host institution will be reimbursed.  Per diem according to the city and work days in Spain.
